Delivery :

Your orders are shipped via Colissimo within 3 working days. An additional 2 working days should be added when it comes to custom lamps.

Satisfied or refunded:

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) ordered, you may, for 14 days from the date of shipment, return the products to us and obtain a refund.

This lamp is guaranteed 24 months, from the date of purchase, against any defect or manufacturing defect.

The item must be returned in new condition in its original packaging.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, used or soiled can not be taken back if they are not in a condition to be re-marketed.

We will refund the returned item within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt.

The items are returned at the risk and at the expense of the Customer.
